During your initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed timeline specific to your project, accounting for permitting, material procurement, construction phases, and final inspections.

The start date for your project is typically determined by the procurement of long lead items—specialized materials, custom fixtures, windows & doors, or equipment that require extended ordering times. These items often set the path for your project schedule, and we factor them into our planning to ensure a smooth workflow once construction begins.

What if I don't have any plans?

Not having plans is a common starting point for many of our clients. At Axion , we offer Design Assist services to help you develop your project from concept to completion.

Our collaborative approach brings together designers, architects, and our construction expertise early in the process. We can recommend trusted design professionals or work with ones you've already selected. Either way, we'll be involved from the beginning to provide:

✅ Budget guidance to align design with financial expectations

Do you provide warranties on your construction work?

Absolutely. All our work comes with a standard one-year warranty covering workmanship and materials. For specific structural elements and certain installations, we offer extended warranties up to 10 years. Additionally, many of the materials and products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we pass along to you with all the necessary documentation.
